Mrs. Lankford was a true caring godly woman who will be greatly missed. Praying for comfort from the Lord for Heidi, Doug and the rest of the family.

Crystal Langford was a true expression of someone who belonged exclusively to God. Her loving relationship with Jesus and the way He loved us through her life was beautifully undeniable and will never be repeated. Her testimony was more caught than taught for she lived her faith through every fiber of her being. We loved her dearly and look forward to the reunion in Heaven. We are great and grateful debtors to God for allowing our lifetimes to intimately overlap Crystal's. We pray deeply for her children and her grandchildren and her great grandchildren and for her many spiritual children gathered throughout her journey Home. Tenderly, Kerry & Kim Willis

Garry, Joddy and Heidi, your time in Gainesville, Fl was a wonderful time for our family. Your Mother was a spiritual mentor for me, by her life. We have some wonderful memoires of our family's vacations and Christmas's together. I'm richer spiritually for have known her. I know you and her grandchildren will miss her dearly. The last time we saw them, your dad was going to the Mayo clinic in Jacksonville, they drove down to Ocala to spend some time with us. The time we visited them in Victoria, Heidi was the only one still at home. There was an ice storm. One thing about your parents over the years their convictions never changed for which I was grateful, such wonderful examples of what a "Chirstian" is.

Crystal Glee Duff Langford, 86 of Victoria, Virginia was welcomed into the arms of her loving and gracious Lord on August 6, 2022. She was born April 30, 1936 to Ross and Meda Duff of Buckley, Michigan. Crystal was a devoted wife for 57 years to the late Rev. Clark E. Langford. She truly was a pastor’s wife, she was gentle, kind, loving, and forgiving. She, alongside her husband, served the church of the Nazarene for 53 years. She played the piano, organ, accordion, sang, taught Sunday School, and was the church secretary for many years. Anyone who knew Crystal usually received a letter once a week. She did this for many years until her eyesight failed her and she was no longer able to write. She used her writing skills to minister to her family, friends, and acquaintances until she was in her 80’s. Her letter writing was her true ministry, and she used her letters to glorify the Lord. One never received a letter from her that she did not praise or uplift the name of her Lord. Crystal leaves behind her 3 children, Garry C. Langford (Kathy), Joddy V. Langford (Boo), and Heidi L. Dove (Douglas), 8 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother Keith Duff, sister Beth D. Hooper and daughter-in-law Katherine H. Langford. What a blessing a family has when they have a mother, wife, sister, grandmother like Crystal. She will be truly missed, but we know she is happy in the arms of her Savior. Visitation will be August 13th at Victoria Church of the Nazarene 11:00-12 with the funeral immediately following. The family would like to thank all the nurses and caregivers who have taken care of Crystal in her last years. The family would like to request those who wish to express sympathy to make a donation to the Victoria Church of the Nazarene, or Village to Village (Hope4Villages.org).
