Enjoyed our times together in school with Beth. In the last year watching our grandchildren play ball together. May your family be given the strength they need in the days ahead.

Beth,
You & "Moley" have always been loyal & true to your friends, especially to me. Thank you.
I met "Moley" just after he & his family moved into the"old Meador" place on 2nd Street. We became instant friends. he was always smiling
(grinning is more appropriate) His Mom, Dad, sister, and brother always treated me like family. Melvin was always humble and shy but maintained his crazy sense of humor. He was NOT a bully and shared everything with me. He was the best friend to me.
Beth, you are a faithful follower of Jesus Christ and it gives me comfort to know that. I love you and will miss "Moley".

My heart goes out to Beth and all Melvyn's family. We grew up living beside each other in Meherrin. He was a great person & I loved the Fowler family. Beth and I were in the same class at Victoria elementary school and in the 8th grade.
