Joanne, Michael &Cam, So sorry to learn of your mom's passing. She was always so good to me sharing her boxwood and Magnolia at Christmas time. Find comfort in knowing that she is now with our Heavenly Father and reuniting with your dad. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Prayers for God's hands of comfort for Joanne and James Michael at this time of loss. Prayers for comfort for the entire family. Margaret was a great lady, I loved the phone visits we had many times. She was a lady that will never be forgotten by many. I am truly blessed that I knew her and felt her warm heart. Will miss you dearly.

God bless you and comfort you in this time of sorrow. Margaret was a really nice person and enjoyed being with her and talking to her when our boys were playing little league and in later years when we'd meet at the post office. I'm sad for your loss. God bless.

When I read Margaret's obituary in the paper this morning, I was reminded of the trips to Sedley to visit my grandparents. Joe Pete and Granddaddy Chappell would fish every mill pond in the area and Margaret and Grandma would put up pickles, preserves, and shell butter beans. There was lots of railroad talk and laughter visiting under the pecan trees. It seems such a gentler time. I send best wishes to the family.

I will always be grateful for the kindness and compassion of Aunt Margaret and Uncle Joe in taking me in as a child (age 5), caring for me, and letting me live with them, James Michael, and Joanne, at "Breezy Knoll" from 1965 to 1969. Aunt Margaret had a strength of character and fortitude that was truly unique. Prayers and best wishes to James Michael, Joanne, and family.--Robbie Whitaker
