Memorial DVD's are a great way to remember and share past times with your friends or loved one. Many people may not be
able to attend the service or visitation or would simply like to have a copy of the DVD that was shown. We now offer
the option to purchase the DVD that was created for your friend or loved one.

DVD - Families provide us with anywhere from 20 - 75 photos and/or videos to be played
during the visitation and/or service. They also give us a list of their favorite songs to be
played during the photo or video presentation. The DVD's vary in length and number of
photos. This service is a courtesy to our families and not all families participate, but if there
was a DVD made it's available for purchase.

DVD's are $15.00 each

Shipping - The shipping and handling charges are included in the price or you can pick up at either location.

You can place your order for a DVD over the phone by calling: (434) 696-5502. We can accept payment
by Credit/Debit Card or if you'd like to pay by check or cash, please see the options below.

If you'd like to pay by cash, check or money order, please download the form below
and either mail or stop by one of our locations to place your order. You have the option
of picking up your DVD in 1-3 days or we will glady mail the DVD to the address you
provide on the form.
