NEAL,

Chasteen Shirley Neal, Jr. ,93, of Victoria Va. went to be with the Lord on Nov. 8, 2017. He is survived by his wife Rose Neal; sons, Curtis Neal, C.S. Neal, III “Butch”, Donald Green and John Burton; daughters, Sylvia Duvall, Audrey Joyner, Jean Centner and Barbara Oakes; 14 grandchildren,23 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter and his brother, Wayne Neal. Shirley served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II and was a member of VFW Post 9954. The family will receive friends Friday from 6:30 to 8pm at the Staples Funeral Home, Victoria. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Nov. 11, 2017 at 2PM in the Victoria Christian Church. Interment in Lakeview Cemetery, Victoria.
