Nancy was a special lady. I have several of her small landscape pictures and think of her each time I look at them. Thoughts and prayers for each of you. Betsy

She was our next door neighbor when I was a child and she always let us play on their swing set. Nancy was a sweet soul and always so upbeat. My sincere condolences and prayers to her family and friends.

Sincere condolences to the family in the passing of Nancy. It was a privilege and pleasure to be acquainted with Nancy, attend church with her and enjoy her wonderful cooking that she would share with us. Her artistic talent will be enjoyed for many years by those of us who were fortunate to have something she had painted. God bless and comfort each of you in the days ahead.

Our family has so many happy memories of time spent with all the Green Family at their home, and always with Nancy as the center of everything that went on. We are grateful for these memories and the blessings of friendship that have lasted for over 60 years. I'm reminded of the song we all sang together at Hat Creek Camp: Make new friend, but keep the old. One is silver and the other's gold." Our friendship with Nancy and all of the Green Family is golden and we share both your grief at her loss and your joy that she is now in heaven. . . probably painting portraits of all the saints!

Thank you so much for allowing Amedisys Hospice to take care of Nancy. We will be keeping all of you in our thoughts and prayers. I think Helen Keller said it best, "What we once loved and enjoyed we can never lose, for all of that becomes a part of us." Our deepest sympathy to you.
