    Reginald and I finished school together. He was always interested and asking about the class members. My sympathy is with your family. May you be given the strength you need in the days ahead.

    Reginald Wayne Dix, Sr., 81, of Victoria, VA passed away October 7, 2022. He was the son of the late Green Berry Dix and Eloise Conner Dix. He is survived by his wife of 57 years Ethel Austin “Sue” Dix; his son, Reginal Wayne Dix, Jr. (Darlene); he was Poppa to Miranda Allsbrook and brother to Barbara Spencer, Carolyn Altizer and Betty Martin. He is also survived by his faithful companion “Bo”. Reginald graduated from Victoria High School and served our country in the US Army. He started his career on the railroad as a brakeman for Norfolk and Western Railroad and retired as a conductor for Norfolk and Southern Railroad. He was a member of Cool Springs Christian Church. He enjoyed gardening, hunting and spending time with his family. The family will receive friends Sunday, October 9, 2022 at the Lakeview Cemetery in Victoria from 1:30PM until start of services at 2PM.
