    KALLAM,

    Ronald Wayne “Ronnie” Kallam, 64, of Victoria, Va. joined his family in Heaven on April 22, 2017. He was the son of the late Thomas J. Kallam and Mildred Byrd Kallam; father of the late Trina Chaffin and brother of the late Tommie Lou Pennell. He is survived by his wife Karen G. Kallam; daughter, Tracy Stephens and husband Chris; Grandchildren, Kayla Chaffin, Breanna Stephens, Noah Chaffin, Savannah Stephens and Jayln Stephens; sisters, Jean Harding and husband Charles, Nancy Lowrance and husband Leroy, Sandra Herndon and husband Allen, Debra Hatcher and husband John, Barbara Slaughter and husband Harold and Peggy Green; brothers, Buck Kallam and wife Anita and Jimmy Kallam and wife Faye.  Ronnie was a jack of all trades but a plumber by profession. When healthy you could always find him outside. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish. The family will receive friends Monday from 6:30 to 8:00 at the Staples Funeral Home in Victoria where funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 25 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow in the Lakeview Cemetery, Victoria.
